Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer no shipping fee to [SA, VIC and NSW].

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $X within [area of coverage]. For orders under $X, we charge $X for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from [delivery hours] on [available days]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

 

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00 am to 9:00 pm on [Mon, Thu, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

No international shipping is provided at the moment.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@letovo.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

14-day change of mind policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return back the item or ship it to "16 Clifton street Bentleigh East VIC 3165". Please note we don't provide the shipping label for any of the returns or replacements.

 

Exchanges

The item that can be exchanged is the products that meet our 14 days change of mind policy. Products/items after 14 days of purchase are not illegible for exchange.

 

Refunds

The item that can be refunded is the products that meet our 14 days change of mind policy. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Products/items after 14 days of purchase are not illegible for return and refund. 

 

Warranty.

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For warranty replacement. Please visit us or ship it at "16 Clifton Street Bentleigh East VIC 3165" Please note we don't provide the shipping label for replacement. During the warranty period, the lights/item cannot be refunded or returned, we will replace the faulty parts if needed.

 

Discounted/Sale items

All conditions above are exempted for discounted/sales items except for the "14-day change of mind policy". There is no warranty or replacement covered in discounted/sales items. Discounted/sales items can still return or refund within 14 days from the purchase date. Products/items after 14 days of purchase are not illegible for return and refund. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We only accept exceptions for items/products that meet our 14 days change of mind policy. Items/product that is more than 14 days after are not eligible for return and refund.
